Do I need a discount code to save on Black Friday?
This year we made shopping easier than ever... Sundaylace Creations will be an automatic discount at checkout for easy shopping experience! Just add to cart and refresh at midnight on Friday to see your new lowered prices! If you have a discount code from other promotional items like our Christmas mystery box, then it cannot be combined with our automatic discount code as our system doesn't allow it.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped? Can I combine my two orders shipping?
All online orders from Black Friday to Cyber Monday will be processed roughly 2-6 business days starting on Tuesday December 3th 2024.
Black Friday event is a huge sale for our small Indigenous business, please be patient with our staff as we prepare your orders. If you have multiple orders, we will be able to combine ship if you bring it to our attention via order notes on second order. We will refund shipping costs after combine shipping your order through PayPal or Credit Card refunds.
Canada Post Packages may experience some delays due to strike and UPS may experience high volume in shipments during the holiday season, but generally once your order is shipped, its about 2-3 week wait time for delivery. You can track your order progress on our website.
What is your payment options?
We will provide options for payment at checkout. We accept EMT, Credit Cards and Paypal.
Do you offer pick up options for local customers?
We can leave pick up orders in our dropbox located outside our store in Eskasoni Nova Scotia Canada. Our email system will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Can I change my order once the checkout is complete?
Due to the high volume and limited staff availability during Black Friday weekend, we cannot add/edit/remove products from your cart once your order is completed. If you have a problem at checkout please check out our troubleshooting info on our webpage.
My order didn't go through cause of a credit card error... but my bank took funds out of my account... Help me fix this?
This is a zip code error or error based on your bank/credit card, in these cases the bank/credit card will show a "pending charge" and will return funds once they get to the root of the payment error. We can help you by sending you an abandoned cart a few hours after your attempt to retain items in your cart.
What is a zip/postal code error? It is when the postal code/address is incorrect on your order, or that the zip code you provided is not the same as on the billing address of your credit card. In all cases of zip code errors, it is the customer's bank reporting this error. The bank is the only place that would actually know the customers zip code, so at that moment our store is actually verifying the entry on file.
A few times I have also seen issues with "auto-fill" in the customer's browser causing confusion also. Once you enter the new zip and move on, some web browsers will quickly update it to whatever was on file and send the "wrong zip." When your payment fails due to an incorrect zip or postal code, this means your bank told us your security code matched, but not your zip or postal code. To protect both you and us, we decline non-matching transactions to fight fraud. Secondly, your bank account will show "pending" charges on your attempts to purchase, but we have not received funds for a completed order due to the error. Those pending funds will be return to you through your banks policy.
We have an easy solution for you if this should happen to you. Try checking out using an email money transfer for Canadian Customers or through PayPal for American/International customers. Customers from Canada can use EMT payment, which can be accessed through payment type at checkout.
We can send your abandoned cart in a few hours, so you don't have to manually create your order again.
Can I get Canadian Tax-exemption on my order?
In short, if you already have a tax-exemption account with Sundaylace Creations then you are set up to get tax exemption. However due to the limited staff availability to create new accounts during this time of the season, the tax exemption account needs be create prior to ordering and cannot be taken off after purchase.
