Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sundaylace Creations. We appreciate your business and strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when returning items purchased from us.

Returns and Exchanges for Handmade Jewellery and Beading Supplies Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Handmade Jewellery or Beading Supplies. Each piece of handmade jewellery is meticulously crafted with care and attention to detail, and our beading supplies are carefully selected to meet your creative needs. Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Partial Refunds In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted for bead supplies. Please get in touch with us at mariah@sundaylacecreations.com within 2-7 days of receiving your order to discuss your specific situation.

Exchanges We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please send us an email at mariah@sundaylacecreations.com and return your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Tracking and Insurance For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not liable for any lost or damaged returns. Missing packages without insurance will not be refunded.

For missing or damaged packages with tracking and insurance, we can help you create a claim with Canada Post.
