How long will it take to get my beading supplies package?

Orders are shipped using Canada Post. Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Bigger order ($250 or more may take up to 4 business days). Earring orders take 2-5 business days to create, however we will aim  products to be shipped after one week after purchase date (with the exceptions of holidays/large earring orders).

Tracked package/order is assigned a tracking number from Canada Post, which will be emailed to your inbox. For delivery to some international countries, it may not be possible to track your parcel past the point of exit of Canada, as the postal provider in your country may not provide this service.

Sundaylace Creations have removed any non-tracked shipping for your peace of mind and convenience. If you are worried about shipping times, please purchase Express post shipping which gives you faster service at Canada Post.

How much is standard shipping?

Shipping costs for all orders are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and location. Tracked mail within Canada and USA is automatically calculated based on weight of packages. 

All shipments vary in terms of time from country to country as times for customs and delivery may vary. For example, USA orders may be held at customs for an uncertain length of time.  Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.

What materials are used for beadwork orders?

All earring findings are nickel free and hypoallergenic. We use Lacy Stiff Stuff beading foundation to bead on for its lightweight quality, durability and stiffness.The backing of our beadwork is covered in breathable, soft thin, lamb or goat leather, for the finest comfort.  Each of our beadwork creation is hand crafted and made to order, and will be posted on our Instagram page to showcase. 

How long will it take to get my beadwork shipped?

Please allow time for the creation process, customized beadwork orders of earrings will take 3-5 business days to create for each set; however, your order is guaranteed to be shipped after two weeks after purchase (with the exceptions of holidays or large/multiple earring order).

How do I get a customized Sundaylace Creations beadwork order?

Please use our contact page and let us know the style/type/colour choice (or a Sundaylace Creations picture from instagram) that you would like to be recreated. If you have a special occasion dress to match with, please send it in the email as well. We will create an estimated quote based on that information of time and supplies. All beadwork orders must be paid in full once the quote is agreed upon, and an invoice will be sent to be paid to your Sundaylace Creations account email. Once it is paid, it will take 3-5 Business days per earring/pin/necklace that is ordered.  A general idea for cost is $20 an hour plus supplies, for example an earring can take three hours to complete from start to finish, plus $5 in supplies will equal to $65.00 plus shipping costs.  

When does my package get shipped?

Orders are shipped weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with the exception of public holidays. Canada Post is not open locally on the weekends.

What if my billing and shipping address are different?

Orders are sent to the shipping address submitted with your order. Please ensure this address is correct or shipping charges for the return and resending will occur at your cost. 

What payments does Sundaylace Creations accept? Can you I do EMT?

We accept credit cards via Shopify Payments. We accept PayPal payments. We also accept EMT from Canadian customers. Email money transfers (EMT) is can be sent to which is set up for auto deposit. If your bank does require a password, we suggest “beads” as an acceptable universal password for email money transfers. 

Do you have First Nation tax policy?

First Nations persons can be eligible based on CRA requirements of online shipping to First Nations communities. More information can be found in our First Nations Tax Policy Page. All orders must pay for tax on shipping. Orders without tax exemptions are subject to provincial/federal taxes in Canada.  International orders are not subject to sales tax.

Can I order using International shipping?

We are located in Canada, and we ship to all countries that Canada Post ships to. There will be extra shipping cost and wait time for International orders outside of North America. International shipping is calculated automatically from Canada Post at checkout. Only tracking shipping is available to international orders. 

You may be required to pay duties, taxes or other customs charges on your order when received in your country (USA/International). We are not responsible for duty/custom fees.

My package is missing an item? 

Thank you for being understanding, we are sorry that we missed an item in your order. Please report missing/incorrectly filled orders to within 40 days. Please quote your order number with your email, and your cause for concern.  We will investigate the problem and report back as soon as we have information for you. We have two options which are to resend the missing item or to refund. If you have a preference please let us know in your email. 

My item arrived broken or damaged?

Although we are saddened to hear that it got broken in transit, We do not accept liability for loss/damaged as a result of delivery or damage arising from items that may have been lost via lettermail, stolen, or damaged after goods have been delivered.

You are responsible to inquire about your damaged package with Canada Post with tracked packages by reporting a problem with Canada Post at the link below. All Tracked packages have insurance provided by Canada Post, which must be claimed by the customer. 

My order never arrived?

We are sorry to hear that happened, if you feel the appropriate time has passed (more than 21 days) then contact us at to help us investigate your problem. At rare times, Canada Post will return to Sundaylace Creations (which takes them 10 business days to process), which we notify customer about the returned package and rectify the problem with Canada Post and resent. 

All Tracked packages have insurance provided by Canada Post, which must be claimed by the customer.
