2nd Generation is a dynamic musical ensemble hailing from the vibrant community of Eskasoni, nestled in the heart of Nova Scotia, Canada. Comprised of talented artists deeply rooted in Mi’kmaq culture, this band has captivated audiences with their unique blend of traditional Indigenous sounds and contemporary music genres.

Formed with a vision to celebrate their heritage while embracing modern influences, 2nd Generation infuses their performances with a rich tapestry of rhythms, melodies, and storytelling. Drawing inspiration from the natural beauty of their surroundings and the wisdom of their ancestors, their music resonates with authenticity and depth.

Led by visionary musicians who are not only masters of their craft but also passionate advocates for Indigenous rights and cultural preservation, 2nd Generation has garnered acclaim for their soul-stirring performances both locally and internationally. From intimate gatherings within their community to larger stages around the world, the band’s infectious energy and profound message leave an indelible mark on all who experience their music.

Sundaylace Creations, as a part of National Indigenous Peoples month, is featuring a Mi'kmaq band to help them fundraise for their new album! They are leading the way in creating space for language to be used in the home for our Mi'kmaq Immersion Students in Atlantic Canada. With Elias smooth vocals and a country pop genre that is all their own. We love to support artists by promoting their merch and giving them a space to sell their CD's and Hoodies. 

This unisex heavy blend hooded sweatshirt is relaxation itself. Made with a thick blend of cotton and polyester, it feels plush, soft and warm, a perfect choice for any cold day. In the front, the spacious kangaroo pocket adds daily practicality while the hood's drawstring is the same color as the base sweater for extra style points.
