We offer several shipping options for Canadian orders:

  • Lettermail (under 100g, untracked): $7.50 CAD
  • Tracked Shipping: $23.50 CAD flat rate
  • Reduced Tracked Rate: $17.50 CAD on orders over $200 CAD
  • FREE Shipping on orders over $300 CAD

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Northern & Remote Communities:Lettermail is $8.50 CAD. Tracked flat rate is $23.50 CAD. Free shipping applies on orders over $300 CAD.

🇺🇸 United States

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout via Canada Post and Clickship based on your order weight and destination.

  • FREE Shipping on orders over $275 USD

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.

🌍 Western Europe (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands)

Carrier-calculated rates are displayed at checkout via our Collective Carrier Service.

Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days.

Duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

🌐 Rest of World

We ship to 100+ countries worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout via Clickship based on weight and destination.

Estimated delivery: 14–30 business days depending on destination.

Duties, customs fees, and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

General Notes

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships (tracked services only).
  • Lettermail is untracked and uninsured — we recommend tracked shipping for orders with higher value items.
  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed lettermail shipments.

 

The following is some information on our policy around our shipping methods:

Our postage pricing for our products is based primarily on the size and weight of your package. Generally seed-beads will be packaged in plastic baggies for standard letter mail in order to fit Canada Posts maximum thickness requirements of Standard Letter-mail (Stamp).

We usually use bubble envelopes to protect your products, and also use mini boxes for delicate gems which could affect weight of your order.

Standard Letter mail is our least expensive shipping model starting at $7, and it is not tracked by Canada Post. Select this method if you are willing to wait up to 21 business days or more if you are in USA for your package to arrive. Ideal for customers with small amount of products that weight less than 150grams.

If your package is larger than the maximum dimensions above you’ll need to use Canada Posts Parcel/Express post services. Parcel/Express post shipping will be automatically calculated based on parcel weight and location. With Parcel/Express post service, your Miyuki Seed beads will generally be packaged in vials. If you like to track your products, then tracked shipping is the best option for you.

We are located in Nova Scotia, Canada. USA customers please allow additional time for customs. Custom fees associated with your order are will be your responsibility.
