- Size 00 is 0.15mm (Thinnest thread, used commonly with 15/0 seed beads)
- Size B is .2032 mm (Best used when going through beads multiple times)
- Size D is .3048 mm (Slightly thicker/stronger)
Nymo thread is strong and supple, but it can fray when it is overworked. Nymo has flexibility means that it can pass through beads multiple times, also great for wrapped beading. The size “D” Nymo that comes on a spool/cone is somewhat thicker and heavier than the size “D” that comes on a bobbin. These bobbins are ideal for travel size beading, and for the new beader to add to their cart to try out different styles of thread. Nymo thread works best when conditioned with beeswax or thread heaven.
